【論文・学会発表報告】3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propionic acid (HMPA)の摂取によるマウスの筋肉萎縮抑制効果を報告
徳島大学・医学部 医科栄養学科・生体栄養学分野の二川 健 教授、Anayt Ulla助教との共同研究により、HMPAがデキサメタゾン誘導性筋萎縮を有意に抑制することを明らかにしました。
本研究成果は「Biochemistry and Biophysics Reports」誌に掲載されました。
